FNB - PATHETIC - CALL CENTRE OR DEBT TRACING IS NOT COMPETENT
FNB (from number ***) is phoning my phone number for the last 6 months, sometimes 5 times A DAY, starting at 7:30 in the morning (sometimes), looking for a lady called Miss Marlene. I've explained as many as 10 times that we are the new owners and that this lady is not living here since 2018 anymore - and that I don't have here current address. BUT THEY KEEP ON PHONING ME EVERYDAY - THIS MORNING A CONSULTANT ASSURED ME THAT SHE IS BUSY REMOVING MY PHONE NUMBER - HOWEVER IT WAS NOT EVEN A HOUR AND THEY PHONED AGAIN.

21 May 2020, 13:46After my complaint this morning here on HelloPeter, and AFTER I RECEIVED EMAILS AN TEXT MESSAGES FROM FNB WITH reference number ***NF, I'm STILL GETTING THE CALLS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE FROM FNB.
