FNB pathetic bank.. If planning to be a client run for your life its a ****

I have logged a dispute on the 05 March 2021 because I tried to withdraw R10000 from the ATM on the 04 March 2021 and the money was not dispensed. I have been sent from pillar to post to try and get the matter resolved, I went to the branch, I called the customer service almost everyday after the dispute was lodged. I was told the matter was escalated and I tried to call twicre after escalation and I have been promised that someone will get back to me. To date no one has called me from FNB and I have not received my R1000 back into my and it is over a month. Can this pathetic bank bring my money back please.
