FNB - Pathetic bank for a Private Client

Pathetic service , on the 23/04/20 I purchased a device from the fnb shop and received a reference number this number does not mean anything cause there is no number to contact nor is there any link to track after phoning fnb and everyone passing the buck to someone else they promised the courier wil be in contact with me and the device wil be delivered by the 13/5/2020 till date no courier was in contact with me and if i phone fnb they just tell me its with the courier no detail seeing as this is the service fnb delivered to their private clients i will be canceling this product and also in the process of moving to another bank that can actually deliver a service , I wont recommend this bank to any one i know in the future today is the 19/5/2020 still no info about anything. Private clients get a dedicated personal banker even that person is pathetic she never responds to my emails or even tries to assist.
