FNB Pathetic Bank and their Service is awful

I have a Savings and a Easy Zero account @FNB if I send money to that account the Easy Zero. I can get the money. Reason for transferring the money from Savings to Easy Zero is because you cannot withdraw money from Your Savings Account so you have to do transfers all the time. With FNB you can do Ewallet or Cardless withdrawals I tried both Cardless and Ewallet but FNB is withholding my money from me I've done both already. I am disgusted with their service. I sent money the whole of last week from my Savings to Easy Zero and I got it. From Friday 03 May 2024 I am struggling up until today Sunday 05 May 2024. I spoke to an online consultant now by the name of Zandi and she told me it's Sunday and I cannot get my money. Why are they doing this? Today is a case of Emergency and they cannot give me my own money? How is that possible?
