FNB pathetic and ***********!

FNB and Paypal side is USELESS!!! they are keeping the money and you cannot withdraw your money. We jumped through all the hoops, had all documents FICA'D and spend hours on the phone!!! PATHETIC!!!! When you go to FNB they admit they have NO TRAINING on Paypal and cannot help you! Why is FNB the bridge between Paypal and other banks if they do not even know how their own app works??? Why cant we draw the money! Why does FNB refuse to assist us???
