FNB - pathetic and frustrating

Why does FNB employ idiots? This morning, at 07:48, I received a call to my cell from the number *** (I'm giving the number so that FNB can check). I missed the call, so immediately phoned back. And what do I get - a badly formatted message, clearly edited (with the welcome, then a crackle, then the rest of the message), which tells me that the number is only available from 8am. Strike 1 against FNB. Then I received a 'voice message', dialled 132 to listen, and received a nonsensical message, giving FNB's FSP number and little else, and a 'Press 1 to repeat'. I pressed 1 and got the message 'that key has no function'. If this is not FNB, or some spam operator, then I apologise to FNB. But, based on previous experience of FNB, I strongly suspect that, once again, FNB has let loose on their systems some idiots who do not think out issues and TEST them before unleashing them on frustrated clients

What is the point? FNB assigns a reference number and sends a standard reply, no doubt to 'prove' that they react to customer complaints.
Then they do nothing!

This happened again this morning!
Do I expect FNB to do anything/? I could die waiting!
