FNB pathetic
I tried to use the fnb app to renew my drivers licence disc. But i keep getting a message saying the the documents could not be verified. I called fnb and was told someone would call but 2 days layer... Nothing... Im now trying to cancel the process but the app says trchnical error. What do i do... Very incompetant service from fnb😢😢

13 Jan 2022, 17:52Its now Thursday..17:49 pm... I was emailed on Tuesday ****h) that I would receive a call within 48 hours. Its more than 48 hours later but I am still awaiting a response. I simply want FNB to refund my money that was take 6 days ago but the service was never rendered or resolved.
