FNB Pathetic

FNB is absolutely pathetic at the very thing that should be their core capability. Supposedly the best bank in SA, cannot explain why a large sum of money left my account. Your banking app is supposed to be the best, and yet I have no visibility or control over my finances, and absolutely no one is able to provide an explanation. 3 Queries, and 2 private bankers later, and it's all still a mystery. It's absolutely pathetic that you cannot provide answers about the very service you are tasked with providing me.
