FNB Pathertic application and no way to get any assitance

Worst experience ever. I have been trying for over a week to just track a status of an application. Secure chat you spend hours in a queue just to be told sorry you have been disconnected. Then back of the queue again, absolutely pathetic. When you eventually do get connected to someone, they say "Hi" then they go quiet for a couple of minutes then the app tells you sorry you will be connected to another agent. after this happens about 3 times you get a message again that sorry you have been disconnected and guess what, right back to the back of the queue for you. FNB I used to brag to all about how great you were, but now I am disgusted at how pathetic the system is. All this just to track the status of an application. Bring back a simple number to call or anything that actually works, but the chat in the app doesn't work and unfortunately its the only way that you can follow up on anything now.
