FNB passport working system

On 29 January at 11h45 I wrote a review about my passport and the poor/no service at Lynwood Branch, having to book online and wait 2 week for an appointment. I just want to let you know that I went to Bronkhorstspruit Dept of Home Affairs on that same day and received my new passport on 8 February, before I could even get an appointment at FNB. No need for that Home Affairs function in your branches.
