FNB Passport Booking - Use with Caution!

The FNB passport booking system via eHome Affairs still does not work! I have app**** for a passport for my daughter, made payment and now struggling for an appointment as none of the branches across Gauteng seems to be providing booking slots. I have been online morning, afternoon and evening and no booking slots pop up (strange?).

I have used Standard Bank on 3 previous occasions and had no challenges in the entire process. Now that I have made payment via FNB, I will not be able to utilize any other bank and would need to visit a home affairs branch in person for the biometrics.

We are disappointed FNB! 'How can we help' is not helping!
