FNB Passport Application and ID Renewal.

If anyone wants to apply for their ID or passport through the bank, please avoid using the system. Whilst applying FNB had no availability for 2 months. I logged in the following day and found no booking for the new date available. The day after that I logged in again and same response. What a waste of my time as I'm sitting in the home affairs line. Please remove this "service " that you offer. The branch that does the fingerprints for ID and Passport does not have a telephone number according to a FNB customer agent. The number on Google does not go directly to the branch but to an FNB customer service associate. I repeat " DO NOT USE THE FNB PASSPORT AND ID RENEWALS AND APPLICATUONS SERVICE." It is not a service but a disappointment and headache.
