FNB passport and ID renewal: no appointments available

We have been trying to get an appointment at FNB to renew a passport and ID document for over 3 weeks and no appointments have been available in either Johannesburg or Pretoria. In a desparate attempt we broadened the search to the entire country and there was only one site with any appointments. Our application will lapse if we are unable to find appointments. FNB need to desparately allocate additional resources to this service as it is currently not functional.
