Fnb palefi mall consultant **** senior citizens by issuing Sim cards that takes money without clients consent

My mother is a senior citizen and I have signing powers on her account, she went to paledi mall November 2022 to change her incontact number .she was assisted by a lady who advised my mother to atlest save R100 into her savings pocket for rainy days. My mother agreed and the lady also offered her an fnb connect Sim which she said she can use it to call fnb for free,.

What the consultant actually did was to issue my mother with a Sim card that takes the same R100 from my mother's savings without informing her. My mother never used the Sim card .

We only discovered this when mom wanted to to withdraw the funds coz she was short of money,

My question is (1) why did she lie to my mother about the fact that she'll be saving R100 into her savings pocket (2)why was the Sim card issued on her savings pocket not her main account (3)how soon can she compensate my mother's money because she did not agree to having her only R100 savings taken up by a Sim card she is not using

My mother's is a pensioner and only gets R2080 grant. If she was pushing connect sales why did she lie and ***** my mother's money.

Kindly compensate my mother her money back We went to the branch to have this resolved but Nicollete promised to get back to us and never did
