FNB Paid Up Loan
I took a personal loan of R3000 in October 2014 and paid it in within 1 month. As far as I know the account was up to date, until recently when I realize that there's a balance of R233 outstanding on the loan. I've went to multiple branches to inquire about this and they kept referring me to the Legal Team. I've paid the R233 in April 2018 to bank details provided by Legal but no paid up letter has been provided to me.
Every single time I contact the Personal Loan and Legal call centre to request for the paid up letter I'm told that there's no amount outstanding and therefore a paid up letter will not be issued. Please note that to date, the balance of R233 is still reflecting on my credit report.
