FNB paid up letter request
I requested a paid up letter via telephone call and email. No response to date. This is a big institution. How hard is it to get information?? Very slow and bad service.

I need a letter for acc ***778. Please confirm on your system that if these two account are linked that it is mentioned on the paid up letter.
