FNB paid up letter

FNB listed a judgement on my name. case number 3411/2018. Account number ***. I paid off the debt in July 2021 via NBA. NBA issued a paid up letter. Paid up letter did not reflect the case number and the paid up amount as per Credit Bureau Association's requirement. I requested NBA to amend the letter and they referred me to FNB citing they did not take me to court but FNB.

FNB is not willing to help me in this regard. Call centre agent suggested that I contact *** and he is ignoring my emails. I keep on getting sms's about an agent that is going to contact me but no one has contacted me from FNB.

This issue is ruining my life and my family, I need to apply for a home loan and the judgement is hindering any progress. Please sort it out, I paid FNB and all that I need is a paid up letter to submit to VeriCred and XDS as they do not accept the letter from NBA.
