FNB Paid up letter

I am so frustrated with the ongoing frustration of getting a letter of confirmation of my paid up account since 2017. This has affected my credibility as the bureas still have me listed as a slow payer and my score is also not corrected. I have been with FNB for a very long time but right now after my Mom just passed away and I need assistance to go and assist my Dad, as well as run my own small business and be a Mom to my daughter, I still cant get the credit department to lift my credit risk. This is the the recent mail. I have received a response requesting for a paid up letter for the FMN loan account : ***. If you have the letter, please forward it to me. I have already forwarded the proof of payment, but they need a confirmation letter that the account was settled.

I have asked so many times. FNB you have let me down.

Thank you. My bank Manager at Malelane has all my proof of payments. She has been so helpful.

Sadly although I got my letter confirming payment and I did get Experian to assist in clearing all the debts paid. Afterwich I went back to my Bank Manager and once again I was declined because my risk profile had to be corrected which they say was done, but now it says too many applications. How is this my fault if I keep getting told to try again because it's been resolved. I called this morning again. Lost count of the amount of times I call, get hanged up on or the emails are never rep**** to. If FNB doesn't correct the information on my risk profile, I will not be able to work with them anymore. I have had enough. I am not a slow payer. I can afford the loan I am requesting. Totally annoyed that I am wasting money time and effort on something that no one has the capacity to correct.
