FNB paid up letter

On the 9th of June 2022 i paid my creditcard in full. Still i havent received a paid up letter. When i phone their helpline i was informed that i have to go to my nearest branch to get the letter. This is unecceptable. All the other companies issued me with a paid up letter without going into their offices. Why cant FNB do it as whell. I recieved a response from FNB on the 11th of July indicating that my details was sent to the credit bureau. After a phone call to Transunion i was informed that FNB still shows i am in arrears.
