FNB paid my SARS return back to SARS?? ***!!!

FNB paid my SARS return back to SARS????? ***!!!!! I am a client of FNB since 1995. Was always happy with FNB's services. Till the 22 September 2020 when FNB just paid back my SARS refund back to SARS without any instruction from SARS. They now makes it my problem to get it back. I am told I must take it up with SARS to get my refund back. So conveniently FNB just stand out of the water. What kind of service is this???? I want my refund back FNB!!!!!
