#FNB paid item no funds

I have a FNB account and a debit order got deducted close to R1400 when there wasn't money in the account I paid the money into the account. The following day I got a #Item paid no funds 6 on my account and R650 and today R90 was deducted from my account.II do not have an overdraft facility, the debit order should have bounced. They said it is a charge for honouring the payment. I lodged a complaint and got a call, the person at the call centre said in my pricing guide there is the fee. There isn't, in cheque accounts and easy accounts there is, in the FNB account there is not, only a R8.50 charge. Please help yhoo **** ngekhe yhoo
