FNB OWES ME MONEY!!!!

I made a forex payment from the branch to New York 2 weeks ago and the recipient has not received it.A lady helped me do it but apparently some info was incomplete. So where's my money? I go to Broadway branch again A very unfriendly lady put me on the phone with forex. I spoken to Brandon and he said that he would call me back in 48hrs. The money is sitting with the compliance department. I'm still waiting. The money should have come back into my account if something is wrong. Where is my money FNB??? Are you actually trying to ******* your customers??? I want to know what is going on immediately!!!
