FNB Overdraft & Unauthorised Debit Complaint

FNB authorised an overdraft increase on my account without my consent and then debited R200 for an “item paid no funds” — even though they created the shortfall. Absa refunded their part immediately, yet FNB has not called me once to acknowledge the issue or explain anything. I still have no answers on:

Who authorised the overdraft increase Why a transaction above my balance was approved Why I was charged R200 for FNB’s own mistake

I am demanding a refund of the R200 and a written guarantee that FNB will never approve transactions above my available balance without my explicit consent. This is unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. I want this resolved urgently.
