FNB Overdraft Online Facility NOT WORKING

For a bank that prides itself on being nominated NUMBER ONE DIGITAL BANK, it sure has a lot of BUGS on its Online Banking Channel or as OMNI Channel as it is sometimes called.

I was trying to Cancel or Decrease my Overdraft facility amount. But my request FAILS on both requests.

Decreasing an Overdraft to R1 gives me the following ERROR:-

Sorry! Failed to decrease Overdraft Limit. Error code: 14323

And when I tried to Cancel my Overdraft I'm getting the following ERROR:-

No data returned from request.

These are small bug fixes that can be attended to with their next release. I can offer my service if they are struggling. ;-)
