Fnb overdraft insurance let me down
I submitted a claim on my overdraft when I was retrenched in AUGUST 2020 and since then all I've ever gotten were emails and calls that someone will get back to me but no one has. Instead in those years FNB pestered me to pay back the overdraft I had insurance on and paid timously. It is now almost 2 years later and guess what?! I've heard absolutely nothing from them

28 Feb 2022, 16:56It's been more than 48 hours and I've tried to unfreeze my account only to have a consultant lie and say it's been done but it hasn't. Honestly how do u expect me to do if I can't access the funds in my account
