FNB overdraft

I Ms Itumeleng Seakgosing would like to lodge a very disturbing complaint against FNB based in Thabazimbi for been deducting from you FNB cheque account.

I had a overdraft which I have paid up long time ago but still the deduction is still continuing and I made arrangements with them and settled them but still are keeping on deducting the money - I have requested the paid up letter but unfortunately they said they don't have any record on their system that they can give it to me and still keeps on deducting - now almost six months been deducting (R200)
