FNB overcharging clients
I understand that as a Gold cheque account holder my latest 3 monthly statements are free. I was browsing through my account and i saw that i was charged exorbitant statement fees when i did downloaded the FREE statements which is included in the R105 cheque fee i pay end of the month. Furthermore when i upgraded my account i was advised by consultant i have unlimited EFTS, at the end of this month i saw i was charged with R15.80 value added service fees and R45 service fees. Then R99 went of my account with ref UPS NCONNUPS which i hve no knowledge off.
