FNB Overcharging and not honouring commitments

In November of 2014 I was involved in a Hijacking which caused me to lose Approximately R58000.00 I Also started a new contract position on the 22nd October where the Company's pay cycle was challenging. This caused me concern with my Finances as I need to make provision for debit orders etc. In January I provided my Bank with my Pay Cycle and asked them to honour my debit orders, they did not. It cost me over R1000 in bank Charges. Had they waited till the requested time I would have been fine.
In February the same situation occurred. I contacted the bank and asked for some time. I was told that they would see what they could do. Debit orders were reversed again costing me more money. Today I noticed I was R883 overdrawn, immediately transferred the money in, yet again, a debit order was reversed although the balance was more than the debit order.
It feels as if FNB is not interested in me as a client and is doing everything they can to charge me exorbitantly and not to treat me as a Private Wealth Client. Why even then have the distinction between the accounts. Maybe I should go back to being a normal client?
I want today's reversal fee back, it should not have been taken.
