FNB over changes interest fees on loans and their self service the most frustrating services
I have been trying to dispute the over changes interest fees for my loans through FNB self services which seems not to be working as I have tried using it several times but never had joy then when I call the call center for clarity the consultants manages to frustrate me more as they tell me different information regarding my loans. At some point I was told that my contract has changed.
