FNB OUTRAGEOUS ''payment honouring'' fees

I have an FNB Premier Account. I made a deposit into my account to avoid the Honouring Fee – which is R150 even on a transaction of R59. I checked my transaction history today only to have been changed after I made the deposit so now my account is in the minus with their fee’s. This has happened to me before but I just didn’t have the energy now im sick and tired of this. My question is why doesn’t these transactions decline immediately because my account has no overdraft, and for such accounts, the card should decline if there are no funds???Please look into my account and kindly reverse the fees raised for honoring my payments because I guarantee, you certainly have not.
