FNB out a pledge on my bank account with no regard for notifying me of this

I've had it with this bank, I'm definitely moving to another bank after my issue is settled. They go put a pledge on my bank account after Sars refunded me so now I can't access my money until they remove this pledge after 48 hours... Seriously, this bank has absolutely no understanding of the time of the year currently and how I need the funds to make ends meet on my side. Tired of FNB indefinitely
