FNB OTP

FNB has done away with sending an OTP to our email. This causes havoc for people like me, currently having to live and work in the Far East, My SA number has expired and I now have to use my son's cell number to get OTP's and he is not always available to send it to me. And because I got a new phone - what a palava to get that set up again!!! It is really a battle and frustration!! To ask help from the Private Banker does not help. They just tell me to phone the number as supp****, but has NO idea that phoning from the Far East (where I am six hours ahead of SA) and waiting forever for someone to help me at the FNB "help desk" resulting in more frustration and irritation!!! PLEASE FNB bring back sending our OTP's to our EMAIL PLEASE!!! Your idea to take that away is ridiculous and frustrating to say the least.
