FNB os useless in terms of making contact

I am trying to to get a hold of FNB for 2 days now and no luck. I have an FNB bank account. I had enough money in my bank account R58000 to say the least and was measured properly. FNB is now putting my account in a minus and the incontact emails doesn't make any sense as to why I am in a minus. Yesterday was a minus R700 today it's over R800 it is increasing every single day. I want feedback and I want the matter investigated. If this doesn't get their attention I don't know what will. This is plain *****. I have no debits so how am I in a minus. This makes me mad. I want this done now because yesterday I had enough money in my account and how can it get worst in a minus
