Fnb order new cards - no service
Fnb is not what it use to be. We are trying for days to get another card ordered online. We do the secure chat on fnb, but the secure chat doesnt work, it takes hrs for them to answer, and we can not sit and wait until they do. Why is it so difficult to assist us.

05 Sept 2022, 20:38Fnb contacted us Friday 2 Feb 2022 and said she will sort out the problem and will come us back today Monday 5 February 2022. Norhing happened. Why are FNB Business Accounts not important to tou guys anymore. Pathetic
