FNB or not to FNB

To Whom it may concern,

I Marli Kuyler have been put under debt counseling for the last 6 months and have asked FNB to resolve any payments getting deducted form my old FNB account

Firstly the Personal Banker said that he will sort everything out but this came to no avail....

how can FNB charge me after being put on debt review and still send me statements every month that shows i am being charged for a service I am no longer using

Please can I ask that someone gets back to me to resolve this issue
