fnb or anc?

I logged a complaint a while back and got the usual "somone will contact you shortly" messages and sms's, etc. Had someone phone me to let me know the credit card division will contact me.....been about three weeks atleast with no luck. The service of fnb has really turned anc. Think its time for a new bank.
