FNB ***** OR ****

I logged in to my account today , realised that I have 9 x R8,00 declined purchase fees, I wrote to the chat box , Sebenzile told me it is returned Vuma subscription, I advised her that I don’t subscribe or purchase anything at Vuma , requested that those charges be reversed , I was told I must contact ***** department. I am now up in arms with fnb , my card is fairly new , it was replaced a few months back after an unknown transaction was done in my acc , now I must do it again , why should I suffer & common sense should prevail, why would a transaction be done 9x when it keeps on declining. Does that mean my account is not safe with FNB ? I need those charges reversed.

Their agents cannot resolve a Simple query instead they push their own idea down ur throat
