The consultant of Fnb really does not care about us as clients, there is a lady who was supposed to help me at home loans dept but it's been 3 weeks without getting any sort of communication with just being me calling everyday leaving countless number of voice messages. She never bothered to call me back. Today when I call their offices the relevant people keep on hanging up on me
