FNB operate on my accounts without authority (FNB and FNB Connect)

My Connect contracts finished with FNB and was paid up. I confirmed this with them telephonically 2 months ago. On 1 October 2019 my account was debited with r60.00 twice from FNB Connect after my contracts have been canceled and confirmed by FNB telephonically to be prepaid accounts after the contracts stop. When I phoned FNB Connect the feedback I am receiving is that they have upgraded me with 2 new contracts without my authority and I have to wait 2-3 days before I will know if the contracts will be canceled and the monies paid back to me. How can you in the first place without permission after consultation with the bank go and upgrade or renew contracts and withdraw money from a persons account. As far as I am concerned this is ********. My reference number for this incident at FNB is 384287. According to FNB I received an sms possibly blocked because of spam, that they will migrate the simcards to these contracts. An SMS how are they getting away by doing things on your accounts without consent from you as a client. Seriously ********!
