FNB openly *****ing from customers and calling it fees

FNB **********ly debiting fees of customers account. FNB claims they Chante you R255 if your account has been in a minus for more than 24 hours. However I transfered money into my account in the same 12 hours the debit went of, which is less than 24 hours. And FNB still charged me. This is becoming a monthly thing now where I need to phone in and FNB needs to fix their mistakes and refund me. I wamt FNB to not only refund me but to launch an investigation into the banking fees they have been charging me for the past 6 months. I want a detailed breakdown of every single cent that I got charged, on which day and why. FNB has overcharged me on banking fees far too long.
