Fnb open my account

Hi good day my name is Ewald Erasmus I'd Nr ***, account number is ***, I'm currently not in SA but will be soon,I've been writing on FNB complaints mail maybe 20 mails all ready and all what they say is,do worry I'll send it to the next person for assistance,I need someone to man and tell me what's going on with my account,on FNB Facebook chat they say my account is in order,but on email from the complaint department they say my account is in dormant status, I whant to send money to my account, I've actually send all ready to my account now I hear my account is close that's bull****,I'm tired of asking, please make my account active so I can carry on,now 8 i must beg FNB for help that's bull****, my aboard number is+***

Good day my name is Ewald Erasmus I'd Nr is ***,my account number is ***,I'm currently not in SA,so on Friday fnb chat said to me my account is order I can send money to it,so I've received some inheritance money and they have send it to my FNB account on Friday I have the proof of payment,now I hear my account is inactive,so the lady who send the money close the inheritance case because she was finished with it and the money can reversed back and so on,so she told me I must show the proof of payment and FNB must look for it,it's maybe in a holding account somewhere,so who can assist me with this so I can send it to me,I have maybe 20 message and emails going around in FNB and nobody wants to assist me so i can move on, my aboard number is+***,phone me if you have to let's sort this out please 🙏

And I'm still waiting for FNB to come back to me it's almost a week now
