FNB oops i ****** u again

I asked FNB Home Loans to contact me urgently as outsurance scared the **** out of me, their assessor advised I need to get an engineer to do plans at my house and basically spend a **** load of money to get my house properly covered.

They also said my house needs a retaining wall built quite urgently. All these things should have been picked up by FNB before they financed they house. Outsurance also should have seen the house before me making me pay premiums for 2 years.

FNB automated response said they will contact me in 2 working days. Today is 3 days and not a peep from them.

I have a home loan with FNB over the last 2 years i have paid them over 150 000 rand of interest in my bond payment. So i expect some form of service delivery.

Update from me. FNB sent what I think is an an evaluator to my house to assess my concerns and take pictures. He was very professional and phoned to confirmed the appointment an hour before the appointment. Very impressed with that service. I just hope now FNB provides me some assistance with Outsurance. Outsurance officially rejected the claim.

so outsurance sent out an engineer at their own cost, the engineer was very helpful. He basically said I don't have a case for a claim, he also pointed out my boundry walls are not up to regulation. So basically, FNB financed a property that did not meet the structural standards of South Africa. So once again FNB proves my point, they don't care about helping you, they basically do whatever they can to get away with making money off you. I basically have to build a retaining wall, and 2 boundary walls. The bad guy here then is not outsurance, but instead FNB.
