FNB ONLY TOO KEEN TO TAKE MONEY AND OFFER NO HELP

I am totally disgusted with FNB today, I accidentally made an "inter account" transfer from my FNB pocket savings account into my FNB credit card account that is CLOSED and handed over.

Over an hour on the phone and 7 different people later and all they can tell me is to call the attorneys handling the account and ask them to refund my money. They bank with ABSA and they laughed at me and told me that there is no ways they can refund me my money as I did not pay them. FNB is to refund it as it was an inter account transfer.

I find myself once again on the phone to FNB and being shunted from department to department and no one is prepared or willingly or even trying to assist in this matter. Legal says I must go to Debt Review, Debt review puts me back to legal, legal then sends me to collections, collections back to legal, legal back to cheque account and cheque account back to collections and collections back to legal which is where I have now been on hold for the last 15:44 mins with not one person answering.

FNB is into *****ing money that does not belong to them and are in no way interested in assisting you as their customer!

Disgusting!!
