FNB only pays attention if you scream on social media

Seeing rhat the only way to get proper servive one needs to get on a public platform. I had rented a vehicle via AVIS and paid at their branch however the amount was pending. Avis later deducts money according to the invoice, I message the bank about the pending that is not being released. They advice me to fill in a form and attach the invoice, I do. A whole week later, no one is saying anything. I cannot bank because I have - R3000 in my account. Please do better, I waited for the 5 business days but today we're going on 8 and debit need to run. My credit record is gonna look bad.
