FNB ONLY HELP THE RICH AND FAMOUS

I have a few accounts with Fnb which I'm trying to make arrangements for payments. I've been to the branch they just listen to your story and put you on the phone to tell your story to 100 different people who can not help you in any way.I requested my debt protection plans on time as well and now they say it has lapsed .I just cannot get through to anyone that wants to help me or actually understand the job. How many emails .phone calls and branch visits must 1 do?? Funny things is when they sell you the policy and you have a good account then assisting you is easy. But once you in trouble and can't make your payments they send you from pillar to post with no joy or assistance .NOT HAPPY !!!
