"FNB only Borrow Rich Client"Rude Business Banker

I have been having my business account with FNB for almost 03 years now. I provide wellness services(Psychological) so my turnover is fluctuating. I depend on the income. Since the COVID 19 I was unable to do face to face consultation but limited to online. Income was affected.I went to borrow money from them and they could not assist me and said I do not qualify but yet there is income flow every month. Also, their banker was so rude and unprofessional. She was not taking my calls and not responding to my emails. She literally told me my business does not deserve any loan is the income is very low according to her.I make nothing.FNB only lends the rich.
