FNB Online system is off and Premier Suite response is nothing anyone can do, FNB is a STEVE

The client needs payment from me by 12:00 on the 01st December 2017 and when I go online, I am told that the system is offline. That means I can't pay, transfer or do anything. I call the Premier Suite ( ********** 000) thinking that they might be able to assist me, I explain my issue with the bank that I need to pay the client monies and Vivian who pick up the call tells me that she cant help me, and she has no idea when the system will be online again.

Now what this means, is I am not able to pay the client , their money and I just realized that FNB is actually a STEVE. They have failed to assist me or even advise me if and when should I expect the system to be back online, the only answer they have or know is the system is offline.

For a bank that has gone out to advertise itself as the best, reliable with only the answers, it has been clear to me that its a false adverti*****t, its not the reality when you actually need answers from the bank.

From today onward, I am convinced that the STEVE , FNB referes to in their adverts, is the very same bank FNB.
