FNb online services

On the 10/07/2017 i bought electricity through online services unfortunately the FNB system didn’t respond. The following day money started going out of my account with nine duplicate for the purchase of electricity.

I called FNB and they told me the matter will be resolved within 3 day. After 5 days i got a refund for the 7 duplicated and also a sms from FNB claiming they can only refund me for the 7 duplicate.

What i don’t understand is that why should i pay the price for their faulty system, why didn’t they refund me all my money.

This morning (21/07/2017) i got sms claiming money on my account also when i inquire with FNB they claimed the Uber (Maxi Taxi) have been debuting money from my account since last month.

i have my own car i have never used this Uber before, now i ask myself this question how secure is FNB accounts and why is it so easy for people to excess our account. i thought paying for this services called private baking give us more security but i am astonish how insecure our accounts is.

all i want from them is to pay me back my money, and infuture i will consider moving my account to a more secure place.
