FNB online Secure Call webpage is broken .

I suspect that FNB is downgrading online banking in an attempt to drive clients to phone banking. I tried secure chat but the page often only includes a header picture. Only after a while and sometimes does a list of options appear. I opted for a Secure Call, but response on that page is ‘content is blocked’. I think that the page is broken. Is this really that bank that I rely on?
