Fnb online purchase

I have had issues in the past with fnb, but this just proves that the agents at fnb do not know what they are doing, I am currently struggling with an online purchase through Ozow instant payment as soon as I try to login to my fnb account through Ozow it just shows a security warning and nothing to accept, this was explained to fnb agent in a very detailed manor and no help unfortunately only being put through to another department, well I have been put through to 5 other departments in the last hour I have been struggling.
